STORYMAKER+ REVISION HISTORY
============================
------------------------------------------------------------
04/01/93 Version 1.2 List of bug fixes and modifications.
------------------------------------------------------------
Some non-essential data files were omitted to make the overall
size of the package smaller.
A number of fixes and modifications in the Melody Maker including
a fix on the system clock's substantial loss of time, a fix on
the program terminating abnormally when saving a melody is
cancelled, a fix on files not being properly saved if the maximum
number of characters is used in the melody title, a modification
to make the use of melody keys consistent.
A check on the size of the page script was added in the Book Editor:
without the check, a page would not save properly if the script
size is overly large.
A change on program functions when the option to turn off the sound
is enabled. Now with the sound turned off, the program will
function effectively the same as with the sound on - execution
timing is no longer affected. The only exception is the playing of
CMF files as StoryMaker+ has only limited control over Sound
Blaster's FM driver.
Sounds now can be selectively turned off in the text-to-speech
player, melody player or the digital sound player. The individual
settings are also saved in the setup file.
Install utility was modified to facilitate updating of older
versions. It no longer checks for existing StoryMaker+
subdirectories. Check was done before to prevent writing over of
existing files - it should not be needed in this version.
A number of minor fixes and cosmetic changes.
------------------------------------------------------------
02/18/93 Version 1.1 Storymaker+'s first release.
------------------------------------------------------------
Warts and all finally released. More of a programmer, a lot less of
an artist and sorry it shows.
